Our services include, but are not limited to the following;
All Dog walking bookings will be made via the online booking system. All payments are required at the time of booking. The use of the our field is only possible after acceptance of our terms and conditions, booking a slots means you have read and understand all the terms & conditions.
The fencing around the car park area is around 1.7 meters with welded mesh holes measuring 50mm x 50mm. The deer fencing around the edge of the field is 6ft high with the gap measurements increasing the higher the fence goes. Please make sure that if you have a very very small dog that they can not get through any of the gaps. You are welcome to view the field prior to booking by getting in touch using the details provided.
- 1. The booking is personal to the hirer and may not be transferred or sublet.
- 2. There are 2 gates for entry. The first is the car access gate which you will be given a code. The second gate is the secure gate to the field. Please make sure the access gate is shut before removing your dog/s from the car. The field gate should be fully shut when in use and open when not. Dog/s must be kept on a lead until you are inside the secure field.
- 3. No more than 6 dogs should be on the field at any one time
- 4. It is your responsibility to pick up your dog poo waste and dispose of in the bins provided.
- 5. The field is booked for 55 mins & 25 mins to allow safe arrivals and exiting the premises. The secure car park is part of the booking system, please do not enter the carpark until the person before you has left. Please make sure you are ready to leave in time for the next person to start. If for any reason beyond your control, you are not able to leave at your due time please call Emma on 07974399040 for assistance. If the person before you is late leaving please let us know.
- 6. You should always accompany your dog/s on your walk, please ensure that your dogs do not dig at any of the fencing and that you are aware of what they are doing at all times.
- 7. All persons and their property, including dogs on the field are there at their own risk. Bells Barns do not accept any liability for injury or damage/loss of property. The field is a large outdoor space and contains areas of uneven ground which could be concealed under long grass and vegetation, over hanging branches, there are also mounds of earth for agility.
- 8. You must not use the field should your dog be ill or been in contact with other dogs that have been ill, this includes Kennel Cough. Please see Kennel Club exclusion policy of dogs with illnesses if you are unsure.
- 9. No responsibility will be taken for any loss or injury to dogs, walkers and accompanying friends or vehicles using the field. All users of the field hire do so at their own risk.
- 10. NO SMOKING, BBQ’s or FIRES are not permitted on the site.
- 11. Fencing and security is checked on a regular basis but should you find an issue with any of the fence or security please let us know immediately so we can make other users aware and so that we can fix it as soon as possible. We cannot, however take any responsibility for any dogs escaping out of the field whether this is through defect in the fence, and regardless of whether we have notified you in advance or not. The fence is not checked after every visitor.
- 12. The field must not be hired of mating or selling of dogs.
- 13. There will be security cameras running from time to time and will be recorded for security purposes. No videos will be made public and all videos will be kept inline with ico Data protection.
- 14. The field is for dogs to run free, if you bring children they are to be supervised at all time and they are not permitted to climb on the fences, gates of play equipment for the dogs.
- 15. We welcome XL Bullies however before booking you must email me your government registration form and a copy of your public liability insurance. You must also follow the government guildelines.
Cancellations & Refunds
- No extensions or refunds are permitted for late arrivals to the fields and/or if you are unable to attend due to dog illness. Additionally, no refunds are provided for a no-show to a session booking.
We can re schedule your slot online if we are notified 48 hrs before your booking by whats app or email. Please do not cancel your booking as i will use it to move your booking.
